Marc Van Der Chijs

Mr. Marc Van Der Chijs is a Managing Partner and Partner of CrossPacific Capital Partners and serves as its Managing Director of Internet and Gaming. Mr. Van der Chijs focuses on internet, gaming, social media and mobile at CrossPacific Capital Partners and oversees North America investments in companies looking to expand into China. From 2006 to 2011, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Asia at SPIL Games B.V. Prior to that, he was a Managing Partner of China Bay Partners. He is a Dutch entrepreneur in Shanghai and has over nine years in China. He founded United Styles. He co-founded Tudou Holdings Limited in 2005. From 1996 to 2002, he worked for Daimler Benz in various finance roles in Germany, US and HK. He has more than 17 years of professional experience working with multinational companies, venture capital and venture-backed startup companies in Europe and China. He serves as a Director of Bex.io. Mr. Van der Chijs holds a Masters in Business Economics from Maastricht University and studied Mandarin at Beijing Foreign Studies University.
